  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with hands or a fork — don’t overmix.
  3. Form meatballs: Roll into 1-inch balls (about 20–24) and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
