  2. Cook beef: In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain fat.
  3. Add seasoning: Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Add cheese & toppings: Sprinkle cheese, diced tomatoes, and olives over the beef layer.
  5. Top with dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and place it over the filling, sealing seams as best as possible.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm: Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
