  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Open biscuits: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle (use a glass or rolling pin).
  4. Fill: Place 1–2 tbsp of filling in the center of each biscuit. Pull up the edges and pinch to seal completely.
  5. Place on sheet: Arrange puffs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Finish: Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  8. Serve warm! Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
