🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Puffs
These Pepperoni Pizza Puffs are a fun, bite-sized twist on classic pizza! Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and rich pizza sauce, then baked until golden. Perfect for game day, parties, or a quick, satisfying snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular, chopped)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Flatten biscuits: Open the can and separate the biscuits. Flatten each into a 4-inch circle (use a glass or rolling pin).
- Fill: Place 1–2 tbsp of the filling mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Seal: Pull up the edges of the dough, gather them at the top, and pinch completely to seal. Ensure the filling is enclosed.
- Place on sheet: Arrange the sealed puffs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Finish: Remove from oven. Brush tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Serve warm! Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
Tip: For extra richness, mix a small amount of cream cheese into the filling. You can also make mini versions using crescent roll dough for appetizers!
