🍕 Pepperoni Pizza Puffs
These **Pepperoni Pizza Puffs** are a fun, bite-sized twist on pizza! Made with refrigerated biscuit dough, filled with gooey mozzarella, pepperoni, and a rich pizza sauce, then baked to golden perfection. They're perfect for game day, parties, or a quick after-school snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular, chopped)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare filling: In a bowl, mix mozzarella, pepperoni, pizza sauce, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Open biscuits: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle (use a glass or rolling pin).
- Fill: Place 1–2 tbsp of filling in the center of each biscuit. Pull up the edges and pinch to seal completely.
- Place on sheet: Arrange puffs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish: Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
- Serve warm! Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
Tip: For extra flavor, mix a little cream cheese into the filling. You can also make mini versions using crescent roll dough for appetizers!
