🥜 Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Pie
This **Peanut Butter Brownie Pie** is a decadent dessert that combines two favorites into one: fudgy chocolate brownies and creamy peanut butter! With a graham cracker crust and a swirl of peanut butter in the center, it's a rich, indulgent treat perfect for potlucks, holidays, or anytime you need a serious chocolate fix.
Ingredients
- Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- Brownie Layer: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Peanut Butter Swirl: 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Make crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- Melt chocolate: In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter over low heat. Stir until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Add sugar & eggs: Stir sugar into chocolate mixture. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in flour and salt until just combined.
- Make peanut butter swirl: In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth.
- Swirl together: Pour brownie batter into the cooled crust. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture on top. Use a knife to gently swirl.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until center is set (a toothpick should come out with moist crumbs, not wet batter).
- Cool completely before slicing. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Tip: For extra crunch, press chopped peanuts into the top before baking. You can also drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel for a bakery-style finish!
