Ingredients
- Pancakes: 1 cup pancake mix (or homemade batter)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- Filling: 4 slices bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheddar or American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon: In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Make pancake batter: Whisk together pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
