This **Nutty Maple Granola** is crunchy, lightly sweetened, and packed with wholesome ingredients! Made with oats, mixed nuts, pure maple syrup, and a touch of cinnamon, it's perfect for breakfast with yogurt or milk, or as a healthy snack on the go.

  1. Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, and seeds.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Combine: Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread & bake: Spread mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Cool & add fruit: Let cool completely, then stir in dried fruit.
  7. Store: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.

Tip: For clusters, press the granola down gently before baking and don’t stir until the last 10 minutes. You can also add shredded coconut or dark chocolate chips after baking!
