💰 Millionaire Pie
This **Millionaire Pie** is a decadent, no-bake dessert with layers of graham cracker crust, creamy peanut butter and cream cheese filling, and a rich chocolate topping — all finished with a drizzle of caramel. It's rich, smooth, and absolutely irresistible!
Ingredients
- Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- Filling: 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Top Layer: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Make crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill 10 minutes.
- Make filling: Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread over the crust.
- Melt chocolate: Heat chocolate chips and cream in a microwave or saucepan until smooth. Stir until fully combined.
- Pour over: Pour chocolate layer over the peanut butter filling. Smooth the top.
- Add caramel: Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate. Use a toothpick to gently swirl if desired.
- Chill 4+ hours or until completely set.
- Serve: Slice with a warm knife for clean cuts. Store in the fridge.
Tip: For extra crunch, press chopped peanuts into the filling before adding chocolate. You can also use Nutella instead of peanut butter for a twist!
