I remember the first time I tried Mexican Pizza. I was on a road trip with my friends, and we stopped at a rest stop for a quick bite. I had never tried it before, but my friends raved about it, so I decided to give it a try. From the first bite, I was hooked. It was savory, crunchy, and delicious. It became our go-to order every time we stopped at a Taco Bell. Now, years later, I love recreating it in the comfort of my own home. 1 packet taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Chopped green onions to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water to the pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.

5. Place the other four tortillas on top like a sandwich and spread another layer of refried beans and cheese on top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle diced tomatoes and green onions on top.
8. Cut into slices and serve immediately. Enjoy!
