- 1 1/2 cups cold water

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Make filling: In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, salt, and Kool-Aid powder.
- Add liquids: Gradually stir in water and lemon juice until smooth.
- Cook: Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1β2 minutes until thickened and translucent.
