- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch (or 1/3 cup flour for thickening)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- Use or store: Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and top as desired, or transfer to jars or freezer bags.
Tip: To can, process filled jars in a water bath for 20 minutes. To freeze, store in airtight containers up to 6 months. Thaw in fridge before using.
