🧀 Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs
These Easy Garlic Cheese Bombs are cheesy, garlicky, and absolutely irresistible — bite-sized bread balls stuffed with melted mozzarella and coated in a buttery, garlicky, parmesan topping. Perfect as an appetizer, game day snack, or a side dish!
Ingredients
- 1 (16.3 oz) can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Biscuits (8 count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp (1/4 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep biscuits: Open the can and separate the 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 smaller pieces (you’ll have 32 pieces).
- Stuff & roll: Take 4 small pieces. Place a small amount of mozzarella in the center. Wrap the dough around it and roll into a ball.
- Arrange: Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, touching each other slightly.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Make garlic butter: While baking, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat: Immediately brush the hot bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
- Serve warm! Best eaten fresh. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Tip: Add 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for extra flavor. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 350°F for crispiness!
