Makes: 12–16 bombs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep biscuits: Open the can and separate the 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 smaller pieces (you’ll have 32 pieces).
  3. Stuff & roll: Take 4 small pieces. Place a small amount of mozzarella in the center. Wrap the dough around it and roll into a ball.
  4. Arrange: Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, touching each other slightly.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Make garlic butter: While baking, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Coat: Immediately brush the hot bombs with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Serve warm! Best eaten fresh. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.

Tip: Add 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for extra flavor. Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 350°F for crispiness!
