Makes: 12–16 bombs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep biscuits: Open the can and separate the 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 quarters (you’ll have 32 pieces).
  3. Stuff & roll: Take 4 pieces per bomb. Place a small amount of mozzarella in the center, then wrap the dough around it and roll into a ball.
  4. Arrange: Place bombs on the baking sheet, touching slightly so they bake together.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Make garlic butter: While baking, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  7. Coat: As soon as they come out of the oven, brush generously with garlic butter.
  8. Serve warm! Best eaten fresh. Great with marinara or ranch for dipping.

Tip: Add 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter for extra flavor. These reheat well in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
