Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk (warmed slightly)

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 (3.5 oz) jar dried beef (chipped beef), drained and chopped

Instructions
