Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Season: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes more to meld flavors.
  3. Warm tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds to make them pliable and easier to roll.
  4. Assemble: Lay a tortilla flat. Add a line of the cooked beef down the center. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Drizzle with ketchup or mustard if desired.
  5. Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom to form a burrito.
  6. Optional - Toast: Melt butter in a large skillet. Place the burrito seam-side down and toast for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm β€” excellent with a side of fries, tater tots, or chips and salsa!

Tip: Add cooked rice, black beans, or jalapeΓ±os for extra flavor and heartiness. These burritos also freeze well for easy meal prep!
