🍔 Big Mac In A Bowl
This Big Mac In A Bowl captures all the iconic flavors of the classic McDonald's burger — seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and that special sauce — but served over rice or as a lettuce wrap for a satisfying, low-carb twist!
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice (optional, for serving)
Special Sauce
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all special sauce ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- Season: Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes more to meld flavors.
- Prepare toppings: Wash and chop lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles. Grate the cheese.
- Assemble bowls: Divide rice (if using) among 4 serving bowls. Top each with the seasoned ground beef.
- Add toppings: Layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles, and cheese on top of the beef.
- Drizzle: Generously drizzle the special sauce over each bowl.
- Serve immediately — enjoy your homemade Big Mac experience!
