- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

- 1/2 tsp white or black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep rice: Use cold, leftover rice for best texture. Break up any clumps.
