🍔 Air Fryer Burgers
These Air Fryer Burgers are juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — no grill needed! Ready in under 15 minutes, they’re a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (for serving)
- Ketchup, mustard, mayo (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep the patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into patties. Press a slight dimple in the center to prevent bulging.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook: Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Add cheese (optional): In the last 2 minutes, add a slice of cheese on top to melt.
- Toast buns (optional): Lightly toast buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes.
- Assemble: Place each patty on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments.
- Serve hot with fries or a side salad!
Tip: Use turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat for a different twist. Add bacon or sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor!
