π¦ Air Fryer Shrimp
These Air Fryer Shrimp are quick, healthy, and bursting with flavor β a perfect low-carb appetizer, salad topper, or main dish. Ready in under 15 minutes with minimal cleanup!
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Prep the shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl.
- Season: Drizzle with olive oil, then add garlic, paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- Cook: Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6β8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Finish: Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges. Great over rice, salad, or as a standalone dish!
Tip: Donβt overcrowd the basket β cook in batches if needed to ensure even cooking and a nice sear!
