π Air Fryer Bread
This Air Fryer Bread is soft, fluffy, and incredibly easy to make β no oven, no yeast, no kneading! Perfect for beginners or anyone who wants fresh, warm bread in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk (or buttermilk for extra flavor)
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add wet ingredients: Stir in milk, melted butter, and egg until a soft dough forms. Donβt overmix.
- Shape the dough: Turn onto a floured surface and gently shape into a round loaf. Place on parchment paper.
- Air fry: Carefully transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 25β30 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 190Β°F.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with butter, jam, or garlic spread!
Tip: For a golden crust, brush the top with melted butter before cooking. You can also sprinkle with herbs or cheese!
