Ingredients



2 Russet potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Optional Toppings:
butter
sour cream
salt
pepper
shredded cheese
bacon bits
chives



Instructions



Thoroughly rinse the potatoes, remove any dirt, and pat dry.
Rub olive oil and salt all over the potatoes.
Air fry the potatoes at 400°F for 30 minutes, flip, then cook for 5-10 minutes or until a fork can easily slide through.

Depending on the size of your potatoes, cooking time will vary. There are so many delicious topping options for these baked potatoes, including butter, sour cream, bacon, and cheese! While I love Russet potatoes in this recipe, Yukon Gold is a good substitute!
