  1. Prep the potatoes: Scrub potatoes clean and dry thoroughly. Pierce each potato 4–5 times with a fork.
  2. Coat with oil: Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry: Place potatoes directly in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and tender when pierced.
  4. Cut and fluff: Slice each potato open, fluff the inside with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve hot with butter, sour cream, cheese, or bacon.
