🍎 Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs
These Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs are a quick and delicious dessert that tastes just like mini apple pies — but with a flaky, golden crust and warm, cinnamon-sugar apple filling. Perfect for a sweet treat any time of day!
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup finely diced apples (peeled and cored)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tbsp milk (optional, for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix filling: In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Prepare dough: Separate crescent roll triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
- Fill and roll: Place a spoonful of apple mixture at the wide end of each small triangle. Roll up tightly from wide to point.
- Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush with milk (optional) for golden color.
- Air fry 6–8 minutes until golden brown. Watch closely to avoid overcooking.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm — great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Tip: Use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples for the best flavor and texture!
