  2. Mix filling: In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Prepare dough: Separate crescent roll triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
  4. Fill and roll: Place a spoonful of apple mixture at the wide end of each small triangle. Roll up tightly from wide to point.
  5. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush with milk (optional) for golden color.
