🧀 3-Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll-Ups

My friend made this AMAZING looking meal today — 3-cheese lasagna roll-ups with sausage! I love her twist on the meat, but you can always substitute it for ground beef. She said: "WARNING: These are amazingly tasty. Both of my boys inhaled them for both dinner last night, and lunch this morning. I am pretty happy with what I came up with on this one."

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  3. In a skillet, cook sausage, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes until browned. Drain fat.
  4. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  5. Spread cheese mixture over each noodle, then top with sausage.
  6. Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  7. Pour pasta sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.
  8. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool 5 minutes, then serve.

Tip: Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal!
