🧀 3-Cheese Sausage Lasagna Roll-Ups
My friend made this AMAZING looking meal today — 3-cheese lasagna roll-ups with sausage! I love her twist on the meat, but you can always substitute it for ground beef. She said: "WARNING: These are amazingly tasty. Both of my boys inhaled them for both dinner last night, and lunch this morning. I am pretty happy with what I came up with on this one."
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 lb sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (plus 1 cup for topping)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a skillet, cook sausage, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes until browned. Drain fat.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture over each noodle, then top with sausage.
- Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour pasta sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.

- Let cool 5 minutes, then serve.
Tip: Serve with garlic bread and a fresh salad for a complete meal!
